The invention relates to the technical field of space flight and aviation, in particular to a resettable pressing and releasing device which comprises a pressing device and a releasing device which are connected with each other, the pressing device is fixed to a solar wing panel needing to be pressed and unfolded through a screw, and the releasing device is fixed to a fixing component through a screw. The locking device is matched with a pin puller for locking, locking and releasing of the solar wing sailboard are achieved through tightening and unfolding of the split nuts in the separation nut, and compared with unlocking of assemblies such as an electromagnet, magnetic interference to signals of a whole satellite due to magnet characteristics is avoided; and meanwhile, the problems of unstable magnetic force, low reliability and incapability of realizing electromagnetic unlocking of a small-size device caused by adopting an electromagnet assembly for unlocking are also solved.
