The invention relates to a fuse wire type pressing and releasing device. The device comprises a pressing device and an unlocking device; the pressing device comprises a sailboard rope joint, a star rope joint and a fuse rope; the fuse wire is respectively connected with the sailboard rope joint and the star rope joint, and the fuse wire tightens the solar sailboard and the satellite body through the sailboard rope joint and the star rope joint so as to keep the solar sailboard in a closed state; the unlocking device comprises a fuse wire, a sliding seat, a mounting support and a spring; and the mounting support is connected with a satellite body, the sliding seat comprises a sliding section and a limiting section, the sliding section is in sliding fit with the mounting support, the limiting section can abut against the mounting support, the fuse wire is connected with the end face of the limiting section, the fuse rope penetrates through the space between the fuse wire and the limiting section, and the spring is wound around the sliding section to enable the fuse wire to abut against the fuse rope. Connection between the solar panel pressing and releasing device and the solar panel is achieved without using a structural member, the self weight of a microsatellite is reduced, and the enveloping size of the microsatellite is reduced.
