The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace equipment, in particular to a hot melting type pressing and releasing device which comprises a bottom plate and a PE binding wire, and the bottom plate is provided with a releasing device and a pressing device for fixing a part to be unfolded; the pressing device comprises a supporting seat arranged on the bottom plate, a fixing shaft is arranged in the supporting seat in a penetrating mode, a connecting block and a threaded column are sequentially arranged above the supporting seat, a fishbone is arranged in the threaded column, an upper nut is arranged above the fishbone, and a lower nut is arranged below the fishbone. The releasing device comprises a single-shaft base, a moving shaft is arranged in the single-shaft base in a penetrating mode, a blocking piece is arranged at one end of the moving shaft, a spring is arranged between the blocking piece and the single-shaft base, a fixing mechanism is arranged at the other end of the moving shaft, and a resistance wire is arranged in the fixing mechanism. The PE binding wire wraps the resistance wire, the fishbone and the fixing shaft. Compared with an initiating explosive device unlocking device, the initiating explosive device unlocking device is simple in structure, high in assemblability, low in cost, high in reliability and capable of achieving low-impact, low-pollution and reusable unlocking.

    本发明涉及航天设备技术领域,具体涉及一种热熔式压紧释放装置,包括底板和PE绑线,底板上设置有释放装置和固定待展开件的压紧装置;压紧装置包括设置在底板上的支撑座,支撑座内贯穿设置有固定轴,支撑座上方依次设置有连接块和螺纹柱,螺纹柱内设置有鱼骨,鱼骨上方设置有上螺母,鱼骨下方设置有下螺母;释放装置包括单轴底座,单轴底座内贯穿设置有移动轴,移动轴的一端设置有挡片,挡片与单轴底座之间设置有弹簧,移动轴另一端设置有固定机构,固定机构内设置有电阻丝;PE绑线内包裹有所述电阻丝、鱼骨和固定轴。本发明相比与火工品解锁装置,结构简易、可装配性高、成本低、可靠性高,可实现低冲击、低污染、可重复使用的解锁。
