The invention belongs to the technical field of angle steel tower operation robot emergency rescue, and particularly relates to an emergency tower descending device for an angle steel tower operation robot and a tower descending method. The device comprises an anchor point supporting assembly detachably fixed to an inclined material above the robot through an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a locking positioning assembly fixed to the robot in advance. The outer end of the pull rope penetrates through a steering piece at the anchor point supporting assembly and then extends downwards to the ground, an anchoring piece used for being fixed to the locking and positioning assembly is arranged at the middle section of the pull rope, and the inner end of the pull rope directly extends downwards to the ground. The unmanned aerial vehicle lifts the anchor point supporting assembly with the pull rope, the anchor point supporting assembly is fixed to the inclined material above the robot, the anchoring piece and the locking and positioning assembly on the robot are locked, the pull rope is pulled, and the action that the robot is separated from the main material of the angle steel tower is completed. The rapid emergency tower descending requirement of the angle steel tower operation robot can be met, and therefore the tower descending efficiency is improved while the tower descending cost is effectively reduced.

    本发明属于角钢塔作业机器人应急救援技术领域,具体涉及一种角钢塔作业机器人用应急下塔装置及下塔方法。本发明包括用于通过无人机可拆卸的固定于机器人上方斜材处的锚点支撑组件,以及预先固定于机器人上的锁紧定位组件;拉绳外端穿过锚点支撑组件处的转向件后向下延伸至地面处,拉绳中段处布置用于与锁紧定位组件间相固定的锚定件,拉绳内端直接向下延伸至地面处;无人机起吊带有拉绳的锚点支撑组件,将锚点支撑组件固定于机器人上方的斜材上,并锁定锚定件与机器人上的锁紧定位组件,牵拉拉绳,完成机器人相对角钢塔的主材的脱离动作。本发明能实现角钢塔作业机器人的快速应急下塔需求,从而在有效减少下塔成本的同时,提升下塔效率。
