The swing arm piece and the torsion bar installation piece are combined in a cold heading mode, the insertion installation head is pressed, welding forming is not needed, the welding technology is more advanced compared with a traditional cab front suspension overturning torsion bar welding technology, and the problem that a small part of pieces are broken in the using process due to unstable current and voltage in the welding process can be solved; the cold heading structure is stable and controllable, the defects in the welding and using process of the front suspension overturning torsion bar assembly are effectively overcome, and the manufacturing cost is reduced while the assembly is light.

    本发明提供一种商用车驾驶室前悬置翻转稳定扭杆总成,涉及前悬翻转扭杆技术领域,包括:扭杆安装件,所述扭杆安装件两端分别固定压接有摆臂件;两个所述摆臂件上分别安装有转动连接件和多向缓冲件;所述转动连接件用于支撑车辆驾驶舱;所述多向缓冲件起隔振、缓冲作用;所述扭杆安装件包括:安装扭杆管和插接安装头;摆臂件与扭杆安装件采用冷镦结合,并压入插接安装头,无需采用焊接成型,较传统的驾驶室前悬置翻转扭杆焊接工艺更加先进,可避免焊接时电流、电压不稳定造成小部分件在使用过程中出现断裂问题;冷镦的结构稳定可控,有效解决了前悬置翻转扭杆总成焊接、使用过程中的不良,实现总成轻量化的同时降低制造成本。
