    本发明公开了一种扭力梁悬架总成和具有其的车辆,所述扭力梁悬架总成,包括:扭力梁本体;缓冲组件,所述缓冲组件安装于所述扭力梁本体,所述缓冲组件包括弹性件和缓冲件,所述缓冲件的至少部分安装于所述弹性件内;减振器,所述减振器安装于所述扭力梁本体,所述减振器设置为从下往上朝后倾斜延伸。根据本发明实施例的扭力梁悬架总成,通过将减振器设置为从下往上朝后倾斜延伸,同时缓冲件安装于弹性件内,可以减小扭力梁悬架总成在整车高度和宽度方向上的占用空间,从而可以减小扭力梁悬架总成对车辆后排的占用空间,增大车辆后排的空间,实现提升车辆的空间利用率的效果,利于提升车辆后排的乘坐舒适性。
