The method is applied to a controller in a control system of a vehicle electromagnetic suspension system, the control system further comprises an electromagnetic motor, a motor control circuit, a super capacitor and a resistance controllable module, the current working mode of the electromagnetic suspension system is obtained, and the working mode comprises an active control mode, an energy recovery mode and a self-energy-supply mode; if the current working mode is the energy recovery mode, the super capacitor module is controlled to recover energy from the electromagnetic motor based on the energy recovery control logic, and the energy recovery rate is controlled by adjusting the resistance controllable module; and if the current working mode is a self-energy-supply mode, the switch state in the motor control circuit is controlled based on the self-energy-supply control logic so that the super capacitor can supply power to the electromagnetic motor, and the output of the electromagnetic motor is controlled by adjusting the resistance controllable module.
