The invention provides a control method and system of an electromagnetic type active suspension and a vehicle, the electromagnetic type active suspension comprises a motor, and the control method comprises the steps that the real-time rotating speed of the motor is obtained; determining a rotating speed deviation according to the current rotating speed and the previous rotating speed of the motor; determining an estimated rotating speed according to the rotating speed deviation and the current rotating speed; adjusting the torque of the motor according to the estimated rotating speed; and the rigidity of the electromagnetic active suspension is adjusted according to the torque of the motor. According to the method, the response speed of the motor torque can be increased, the output torque can be maintained to fluctuate within the range of 5%, the output capacity of the motor is more stable, then the active suspension can well keep the comfort of a vehicle, and the driving experience of a user is improved.

    本发明提出一种电磁式主动悬架的控制方法、系统及车辆,其中电磁式主动悬架包括电机,控制方法包括:获取电机的实时转速;根据电机的当前时刻转速和上一时刻转速确定转速偏差;根据转速偏差和当前时刻转速确定预估转速;根据预估转速调节电机的转矩;根据电机的转矩调节电磁式主动悬架的刚度。本发明能够提高电机转矩的响应速度,维持输出转矩在5%范围内波动,使电机输出能力更加稳定,进而能够使主动悬架能够较好地保持车辆的舒适度,提高用户的驾乘体验。
