The invention discloses a whole vehicle electromagnetic suspension system and a multi-mode control system of the whole vehicle electromagnetic suspension system. According to the whole vehicle electromagnetic suspension system, electromagnetic double-wishbone independent suspensions are designed, electromagnetic actuators are installed at the positions of the four independent suspensions of a whole vehicle, and matching of a linear motor and the whole vehicle in structure is achieved. By optimizing the structure of the electromagnetic actuator assembly, the problem that a linear motor cannot bear lateral force and bending moment can be solved, and the mode of the suspension and the posture of a vehicle body can be automatically adjusted according to road conditions; the electromagnetic actuator assembly is installed on the double-wishbone electromagnetic suspension drive axle, wheel jumping is restrained in the running process, the stability of a vehicle body is guaranteed, reciprocating motion of a linear motor is converted into electric energy to be reused, or thrust is actively controlled through electric drive so that the purposes of optimal comfort and controllability can be achieved. According to the invention, energy reutilization and the vibration dynamic performance of the suspension are well considered, and the suspension can be widely applied to household vehicles and light commercial vehicles.

    本发明公开了一种整车电磁悬架系统及该电磁悬架系统的多模式控制系统,本申请的整车电磁悬架系统通过设计电磁双横臂独立悬架,将电磁作动器安装在整车四个独立悬架处,实现了直线电机与整车在结构上的匹配。且对电磁作动器总成结构的优化能够解决直线电机不可承受侧向力与弯曲力矩的问题,并根据路况自动调整悬架的模式与车身姿态;电磁作动器总成安装于双横臂电磁悬架驱动桥,在行驶中抑制车轮跳动并保证车身平稳,并将直线电机的往复运动转化为电能再利用,或以电驱动主动控制推力以达到最佳舒适性与操控性的目的。本发明很好的兼顾了能量再利用与悬架的振动动力学性能,并且在家用车与轻型商用车上能够普遍应用。
