The invention discloses a welding seam defect detection robot based on vision and magnetic flux leakage pressure-bearing equipment, which comprises a robot vehicle, and a vision detection module, a magnetic flux leakage detection module, a magnetizing adsorption module, a demagnetizing adsorption module, a driving device, a buzzing alarm module, a main controller and a WIFI communication device are arranged on the robot vehicle, the magnetizing adsorption module and the demagnetizing adsorption module are in central symmetry about the center of the bottom of the robot vehicle; the visual detection module, the magnetic flux leakage detection module, the buzzing alarm module and the driving device are electrically connected with the main controller respectively; the main controller is connected with the WIFI communication device through a wire, and the upper computer PC end is provided with a wireless network card, carries a data processing module and is wirelessly connected with the WIFI communication device. Four wheels are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the machine vehicle and connected with a driving device. The robot for detecting the weld defects of the magnetic flux leakage pressure-bearing equipment based on vision has the characteristics of saving the labor cost and improving the detection efficiency and accuracy.

    本发明公开的基于视觉与漏磁承压设备焊缝缺陷检测机器人,包括机器车,机器车上安装视觉检测模块、漏磁检测模块、充磁吸附模块、退磁吸附模块、驱动装置、蜂鸣报警模块、主控制器和WIFI通信装置,充磁吸附模块和退磁吸附模块关于机器车底部中心位置处中心对称;视觉检测模块、漏磁检测模块、蜂鸣报警模块、驱动装置分别与主控制器电性连接;主控制器与WIFI通信装置通过导线连接,上位机PC端自带无线网卡且搭载有数据处理模块,与WIFI通信装置通过无线连接;机器车两侧对称安装有四个车轮,车轮与驱动装置相连。本发明的基于视觉与漏磁承压设备焊缝缺陷检测机器人,具有节省人工成本、提高检测效率与准确性的特点。
