The gear reduction mechanism is composed of an ordinary gear train or a multi-stage planetary gear train and an ordinary gear train, and an output component is directly connected with a winding drum externally connected to a speed reducer shell. When gears are switched, gear meshing of the speed reduction mechanism is not changed, and the problems that a JSDB series double-speed multipurpose winch is complex in structure and low in transmission efficiency are solved only by changing the rotating speed of an inner gear ring in the speed change mechanism.
本发明公开的一种行星轮系变速机构双速多用绞车,由行星轮系变速机构连接齿轮减速机构组成,通过拨动手柄改变内齿圈的转速实现绞车的高低两档速度切换,当连接杆处于位置a时,其中滑块、内齿圈与不动的连接架可视为同一构件,转速为零,绞车为低速挡;当连接杆处于位置b时,变速机构中的滑块、内齿圈和中心轮可视为同一构件,转速相同,此时变速机构传动比为1,绞车为高速挡。齿轮减速机构由定轴轮系或由多级行星轮系及定轴轮系组成,输出构件与外接在减速器外壳上的卷筒直接连接。档位切换时减速机构齿轮啮合不发生改变,仅通过改变变速机构中内齿圈的转速,从而解决了JSDB系列双速多用绞车存在结构复杂、传动效率低的问题。
