The invention discloses a double-speed multipurpose winch with an external direct-connection planetary gear train speed change mechanism. The double-speed multipurpose winch comprises a winch base, a motor base, a motor, a high-speed coupler, a low-speed coupler, a roller supporting seat, a roller and a speed reduction device. An output shaft of the motor is connected with the speed reducer through a high-speed coupler; the speed reducer is connected with the roller through a low-speed coupler; the speed reduction device comprises a double-speed speed reduction device, a double-speed and first-stage planet speed reduction device or a double-speed and second-stage planet speed reduction device; wherein the speed reduction device is formed by connecting a planetary gear train speed change mechanism with a gear speed reduction mechanism or directly formed by the planetary gear train speed change mechanism and then connected with the roller device. The output component is meshed with a large gear externally connected to a shell of the roller device. When gears are switched, gear meshing of the speed reduction mechanism is not changed, and the problems that a JSDB series double-speed multipurpose winch is complex in structure and low in transmission efficiency are solved only by changing the rotating speed of an inner gear ring in the speed change mechanism.
本发明公开了一种外置直连行星轮系变速机构双速多用绞车,包括绞车基座、电机基座、电机、高速联轴器、低速联轴器、滚筒支承座、滚筒和减速装置;电机输出轴通过高速联轴器与减速装置连接,减速装置再通过低速联轴器与滚筒连接;减速装置包括“双速”减速装置、“双速+一级行星”减速装置或“双速+二级行星”减速装置;其中减速装置由行星轮系变速机构连接齿轮减速机构或者直接由行星轮系变速机构组成,再连接滚筒装置。输出构件与外接在滚筒装置外壳上的大齿轮啮合。档位切换时减速机构齿轮啮合不发生改变,仅通过改变变速机构中内齿圈的转速,从而解决了JSDB系列双速多用绞车存在结构复杂、传动效率低的问题。
