The invention discloses a double-speed multipurpose winch with an external planetary gear train speed change mechanism, which comprises a motor, a coupler, a roller device and a speed reduction device, the roller device comprises a roller and roller supporting seats arranged at two ends of the roller, and a large gear linked with the roller is arranged on one side of the roller; the speed reduction device comprises three speed reduction modes, namely a double-speed and fixed-shaft speed reduction mode, a double-speed, first-stage planet and fixed-shaft speed reduction mode or a double-speed, second-stage planet and fixed-shaft speed reduction mode. The planetary gear train speed change mechanism is connected with the reducing mechanism and then connected with the roller. High-gear and low-gear speed switching of the winch is achieved by rotating the rotating rod to change the rotating speed of the inner gear ring, gear meshing of the speed reducing mechanism is not changed during gear switching, and the problems that a JSDB series double-speed multi-purpose winch is complex in structure and low in transmission efficiency are solved only by changing the rotating speed of the inner gear ring in the speed changing mechanism. The structure is simple, the occupied area is small, harmful radial loads and inertia force can be offset, and the impact vibration resistance is high.

    本发明公开了一种外置行星轮系变速机构双速多用绞车,包括电机、联轴器、滚筒装置和减速装置,所述的滚筒装置包括滚筒、设有滚筒两端的滚筒支承座,所述滚筒的一侧设有与滚筒连动的大齿轮;减速装置包括三种减速模式:“双速+定轴”减速模式、“双速+一级行星+定轴”减速模式或“双速+二级行星+定轴”减速模式;行星轮系变速机构连接减速机构再连接滚筒。通过转动转杆改变内齿圈的转速实现绞车的高低两档速度切换,档位切换时减速机构齿轮啮合不发生改变,仅通过改变变速机构中内齿圈的转速,从而解决了JSDB系列双速多用绞车存在结构复杂、传动效率低的问题。其结构简单,占地面积小,可抵消有害的径向载荷和惯性力,抵抗冲击振动能力强。
