The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater navigation, and particularly relates to an underwater vehicle composite rudder layout structure which comprises a tail section and a middle section. A cross-shaped rudder positioning hole and an X-shaped rudder positioning hole are formed in the middle section, and the X-shaped rudder positioning hole deflects by 45 degrees relative to the cross-shaped rudder positioning hole; the tail section is provided with a tail section positioning pin, and the tail section positioning pin is aligned with the cross-shaped rudder positioning hole to be installed in a cross-shaped rudder layout; and the tail section positioning pin is aligned with the X-rudder positioning hole to form an X-rudder layout. According to the structural design, rudder assembly of two layout forms is achieved through the same underwater vehicle tail section, the overall scheme is simple in structure, convenient to machine, low in cost and reliable in connection, and an underwater vehicle control scheme test is facilitated.
