The invention discloses a radial magnetic driving rudder of an underwater vehicle, which utilizes the characteristic of non-contact power transmission between a power source and a load in a permanentmagnet coupling technology to implement vibration isolation, overload protection and sealing protection on the power source so as to realize magnetic rotary transmission. The radial magnetizing principle of a permanent magnet on a radial magnetic coupling is adopted, a radial magnetic driving mode is utilized, the rotating angle and direction of a rudder plate are controlled by controlling the rotating angle and direction of a steering engine, and the rotating torque of tens of N meters is provided. The radial magnetic driving rudder does not relate to the underwater dynamic sealing problem, is not subjected to extrusion friction force of the sealing rubber ring, has small torque loss in the transmission process, and is suitable for a low-energy-consumption underwater vehicle. The internaltransmission structure is not directly connected with the external rudder plate, the internal transmission steering engine cannot be directly damaged when the external rudder plate is collided or disturbed, magnetic buffering is achieved, and use is safer and more reliable. The radial magnetic driving rudder is used in deep water within 1500 meters, hydraulic oil does not need to be filled in theunderwater vehicle, and the use requirements of most underwater vehicles are met.
本发明公开了一种潜航器径向磁力驱动舵,利用永磁耦合技术中的动力源和负载之间具有非接触传递动力的特点,对动力源实施隔离振动、过载保护、密封防护,实现磁力旋转传动。采用径向型磁力联轴器上的永磁铁沿径向充磁原理,利用径向磁力驱动方式,通过控制舵机的转动角度和方向来控制舵板的转动角度和方向,并提供数十牛米的旋转扭矩。本发明不涉及水下动密封问题,不受密封胶圈的挤压摩擦力,传动过程力矩损耗小,适合用于低能耗潜航器。内部传动结构与外部舵板不直接连接,外部舵板受碰撞或干扰时不会直接损坏内部的传动舵机,它具有磁力缓冲,使用更加的安全可靠。在1500米以内的深水中使用,内部无需填充液压油,满足大多数潜航器的使用需求。
