The invention discloses an active cooling heat protection and electromagnetic wave absorption function integrated composite structure based on a porous superstructure. The active cooling heat protection and electromagnetic wave absorption function integrated composite structure sequentially comprises a metal bottom plate, a ceramic-based high-temperature wave absorption superstructure layer, a fiber reinforced aerogel heat insulation layer and an ultrahigh-temperature anti-ablation coating from bottom to top. According to the active cooling heat protection and electromagnetic wave absorbing function integrated composite structure based on the porous superstructure, a three-dimensional superstructure of a periodic array of porous structure cell elements is prepared and formed by a light ceramic-based wave absorbing agent and serves as a core component; therefore, by comprehensively utilizing the synergistic effect of multiple mechanisms of medium phase change sweating cooling active thermal protection of the multi-channel superstructure, efficient thermal insulation of the aerogel nano-pore network structure, high temperature resistance and ablation resistance of the ultrahigh-temperature ceramic coating and electromagnetic wave wide-frequency-domain wide-angle-domain high-loss wave absorption of the three-dimensional superstructure, the structure and function integrated characteristic is achieved; and the multifunctional integration of thermal protection and electromagnetic protection is easy to realize, and a new way can be provided for the integration of high-temperature resistance, ablation resistance, heat insulation and electromagnetic wave-absorbing protection of high-speed aircraft shell components in the future.

    本发明公开基于多孔超结构的主动冷却防热与电磁吸波功能一体化复合结构,其从下到上依次包括:金属底板、陶瓷基高温吸波超结构层、纤维增强气凝胶隔热层和超高温抗烧蚀涂层。本发明的基于多孔超结构的主动冷却防热与电磁吸波功能一体化复合结构利用轻质陶瓷基吸波剂制备成型为多孔结构胞元的周期性阵列的三维超结构作为核心组成,从而综合利用多孔道超结构的介质相变发汗冷却主动热防护、气凝胶纳米孔隙网络结构的高效隔热、超高温陶瓷涂层的耐高温抗烧蚀与三维超结构电磁波宽频域宽角域高损耗吸波的多重机制协同作用,具有结构功能一体化特性,并且易实现热防护与电磁防护多功能集成,可为未来高速飞行器壳体构件实现耐高温、抗烧蚀、隔热与电磁吸波防护一体化提供新途径。
