The invention discloses a lightweight/bearing/ablation-resistant/heat-insulating/wave-absorbing multifunctional composite structure based on a superstructure. The lightweight/bearing/ablation-resistant/heat-insulating/wave-absorbing multifunctional composite structure comprises a lower panel, an upper panel, a corrugated support plate, a wave-absorbing metasurface layer, an ultrahigh-temperature ceramic coating and a ceramic aerogel filler. The corrugated supporting plate is located between the lower panel and the upper panel, the bottom of the corrugated supporting plate is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the lower panel, and the top of the corrugated supporting plate is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the upper panel. The wave-absorbing metasurface layers are distributed on the surface of the corrugated supporting plate in a periodic array mode, and the lower surface of the upper panel is also provided with the wave-absorbing metasurface layers which are distributed in the periodic array mode. And the superhigh temperature ceramic coating is coated on the upper surface of the upper panel. The space between the lower panel and the upper panel is filled with the ceramic aerogel filler. The structure has the advantages of integration of multiple functions of stealth/thermal protection, light weight, high bearing strength and the like, and a new way can be provided for integration of bearing, stealth and thermal protection of hypersonic flight vehicle components.

    本发明公开一种基于超结构的轻质/承载/抗烧蚀/隔热/吸波多功能复合结构,包括:下面板、上面板、波纹支撑板、吸波超表面层、超高温陶瓷涂层和陶瓷气凝胶填充物。所述波纹支撑板位于下面板和上面板之间,且波纹支撑板的底部与下面板的上表面固定连接,波纹支撑板的顶部与上面板的下表面固定连接。所述吸波超表面层呈周期阵列式分布在波纹支撑板表面上,且所述上面板的下表面上也具有呈周期阵列式分布的所述吸波超表面层。所述超高温陶瓷涂层涂覆在上面板的上表面。所述陶瓷气凝胶填充物填充在下面板和上面板之间的空间中。其具有隐身/热防多功能集成、质量轻、承载强度高等优势,可为高超声速飞行器构件实现承载、隐身、热防一体化提供新途径。
