The infrared thermal stealth superstructure porous material is used as a core, the anisotropic thermal conductivity characteristic of the infrared thermal stealth porous superstructure layer is achieved through the micro-nano structure design and different porosity distribution, transfer of surface heat flow in the horizontal direction and transfer of heat to the coolant phase change layer in the vertical direction can be accelerated, a sweating cooling mechanism is triggered, and the heat transfer efficiency is improved. Local high temperature of the surface is effectively eliminated, the average temperature of the surface is rapidly reduced, and the heat radiation amount is reduced, so that efficient thermal protection is achieved, the infrared thermal stealth function is achieved, and the spectrum stealth requirement is also met by combining the surface spectrum stealth porous superstructure layer.
本发明公开了一种基于多孔超材料的发汗冷却复合热防护结构,属于飞行器主动热防护技术领域,包括分层超材料复合结构本体,所述分层超材料复合结构本体从上到下依次包括光谱隐身多孔超结构层、红外热隐身多孔超结构层和水凝胶填充层。本发明以红外热隐身超结构多孔材料为核心,通过微纳结构设计和不同孔隙率分布实现红外热隐身多孔超结构层的各向异性热导率特性,可以加快表面热流在水平方向传递和在垂直方向向冷却剂相变层传热,引发发汗冷却机制,有效消除表面的局部高温,快速降低表面平均温度,减少热辐射量,从而达到高效热防护同时实现红外热隐身功能,结合表面光谱隐身多孔超结构层还兼顾光谱隐身需求。
