The invention relates to an elevator guide rail inclination detection device which comprises a lifting platform and a detection device, the lifting platform is arranged on an elevator guide rail in a lifting mode through a driving mechanism, the detection device comprises a laser receiving device and a laser source, the laser receiving device is arranged on the lifting platform, and the laser source is arranged on the lifting platform. The laser receiving device comprises concentric circle identification rings which are arranged on the lifting platform and are different in diameter, and all the concentric circle identification rings are made of photoelectric conversion materials and electrically connected with a single-chip microcomputer. The laser source is arranged on one side above the guide rail, and a light beam emitted by the laser source and the concentric circle identification ring are coaxially arranged. The inclination condition of the guide rail can be rapidly detected, and the inclination problem can be found in time.
