The bottom of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with an infrared sensor, the clamping mechanism comprises a motor, a bidirectional threaded rod, a fixed clamping plate and a silica gel pad, and the motor can drive the fixed clamping plate to slide left and right. The device can be clamped and fixed with the main working surface of the guide rail, the inaccuracy of point position fixation of the infrared sensor caused by infirm fixation is avoided, the perpendicularity of the elevator guide rail can be detected, and the direction of the guide rail can be fixed and properly adjusted through the clamping design of the infrared receiver.

    本发明公开了一种电梯导轨垂直度检测装置,包括连接板和夹紧机构,连接板的前侧固定连接有测量连接块,测量连接块的一侧外壁固定连接有安装板,安装板的顶部固定连接有警示灯,中心点出现偏移,警示灯亮起同时发出警报,安装板的底部固定连接有红外线传感器,夹紧机构包括电机、双向螺纹杆、固定夹板和硅胶垫,电机可驱动固定夹板左右滑动。本装置能够与导轨的主工作面夹紧固定,避免固定的不牢固导致红外线传感器的点位固定的不准确,还能够对电梯导轨的垂直度进行检测,红外线接收器的卡接设计能够对其方位进行固定和适当的调整。
