An elevator guide rail deformation detection device provided by the present invention comprises a base, a detection mechanism and an adjustment mechanism, the adjustment mechanism comprises a driving mechanism and a sliding mechanism, the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the sliding mechanism, and the base is provided with a connecting piece corresponding to a lift car. The driving mechanism and the sliding mechanism are arranged on the base, the top of the detection mechanism is arranged on the sliding mechanism, and the tail end of the detection mechanism abuts against the surface of a guide rail. The deformation detection device is arranged on the elevator car and corresponds to the guide rail, the safety state of the guide rail is detected in real time, the detection range of the detection mechanism on the guide rail is adjusted through cooperation of the detection mechanism and the adjusting mechanism, full coverage of the working face of the guide rail is achieved, and the detection mechanism adopts a direct displacement detection mode; and the method has the advantages of low cost, real-time detection, large detection range, high safety, convenience and high efficiency.

    本发明提供了一种电梯导轨形变检测装置,包括基座、检测机构和调节机构,所述调节机构包括驱动机构和滑动机构,所述驱动机构驱动连接所述滑动机构,所述基座上对应轿厢设置有连接件,所述驱动机构和所述滑动机构分别设置在所述基座上,所述检测机构的顶部设置在所述滑动机构上,所述检测机构的末端抵压在导轨表面。该发明通过在电梯轿厢上对应导轨设置形变检测装置,实时检测导轨的安全状态,并通过检测机构和调节机构相配合,调节检测机构在导轨上的检测范围,实现对导轨工作面的全覆盖,且检测机构采用位移直接检测的方式,避免受环境温度的影响,具有成本低、实时检测、检测范围大、安全性高和方便高效的优点。
