The invention relates to the technical field of elevator guide rail detection, in particular to an elevator guide rail deformation detection method which comprises the steps that two detection rollers are arranged at the two relatively deformed ends of an elevator guide rail, the detection rollers are attached to the surface of the elevator guide rail, and the two detection rollers comprise a pressure for limiting the two detection rollers to be away from each other; when the distance between the two detection rollers is equal to the length of the two to-be-detected ends of the elevator guide rail, the two detection rollers are subjected to the same pressure; the two detection rollers are moved relative to the elevator guide rail along the length extension direction from one end of the elevator guide rail to the other end of the elevator guide rail; a coordinate system is established, the coordinate system is established with the length extension direction of the elevator guide rail as the X axis and the pressure borne by the two detection rollers as the Y axis, curves of the pressure borne by the two detection rollers about the length change of the elevator are drawn on the coordinate system, and curves L1 and L2 are obtained; according to the curve L1 and the curve L2, the deformation of the elevator guide rail in each position in the direction is obtained; and the steps 1-4 are repeated to obtain the deformation of each position in each direction of the elevator guide rail, and the deformation of each position is summarized to obtain a three-dimensional deformation model of the elevator guide rail.

    本发明涉及电梯导轨检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种电梯导轨变形量检测方法,包括:对电梯导轨相对变形的两端设置两检测辊,检测辊与电梯导轨表面相贴合,两检测辊包括一压力,限制两检测辊相互远离,当两检测辊距离为电梯导轨待检测两端的长度时,两检测辊所受压力相同;将两检测辊相对于电梯导轨沿其长度延伸方向运动,从电梯导轨一端运动至另一端;建立坐标系,以电梯导轨长度延伸方向为X轴,两检测辊所受压力为Y轴建立坐标系,将两检测辊所受压力关于电梯长度变化的曲线绘制在坐标系上,得到曲线L1和L2;根据曲线L1和L2得到电梯导轨在此方向各位置的变形量;重复步骤一至四,得到电梯导轨各方向各位置的变形量,汇总得到电梯导轨三维变形模型。
