Therefore, active triggering of a user is not needed, the electric quantity of the vehicle storage battery is automatically detected and judged through the T-BOX, and therefore low-voltage electricity supplementing is triggered, the risk that the user cannot use the vehicle is reduced, and the vehicle using experience of the user is improved.
