The invention discloses vehicle-mounted storage battery charging equipment, system and method. The charging equipment comprises a charging part and a vehicle-mounted controller, wherein the charging part is connected between a first vehicle-mounted storage battery and a second vehicle-mounted storage battery and enables the second vehicle-mounted storage battery to charge the first vehicle-mounted storage battery when started, and the voltage of the first vehicle-mounted storage battery is smaller than that of the second vehicle-mounted storage battery; the vehicle-mounted controller is connected with the charging part. In the vehicle running process, the vehicle-mounted controller controls the starting of the charging part, or in the vehicle parking process, the vehicle-mounted controller is used for requesting an instruction of the charging part to control starting of the charging part. According to the vehicle-mounted storage battery charging equipment, system and method, the technical problem that normal use of the vehicle is affected due to a power loss phenomenon occurring in long-time parking and idle processes of an electrical vehicle is solved.
