The invention provides a charging system of a vehicle storage battery, a charging method of the vehicle storage battery, electronic equipment, a medium and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicle storage batteries, in particular to the technical field of electric vehicles. The charging system includes: a power battery; the direct current converter is configured to receive voltage provided by the power battery and output charging voltage used for charging the storage battery; the low-voltage power management module is configured to obtain the electric quantity state of the storage battery; in response to determining that the electric quantity state of the storage battery meets the charging condition, sending a high-voltage power-on demand signal to a high-voltage power supply management module; the high-voltage power supply management module is configured to respond to the received high-voltage power-on demand signal and determine whether the vehicle meets a high-voltage power-on condition or not; the DC converter is configured to output a charging voltage having a target value to charge the battery in response to the vehicle meeting a high voltage power-on condition, where the target value is determined based on the calculation of the available charging power.
