The invention discloses an unfolding and locking mechanism of a flexible solar panel. The unfolding and in-place locking of a flexible solar wing are realized. The unfolding and locking mechanism of the flexible solar panel comprises a base plate, an upper plate, a main rolling shaft, a supporting side column, a guide assembly and a connecting rod unfolding assembly. The flexible solar wing is wound on the main rolling shaft in a curled mode, one end of the flexible solar wing is fixedly connected with the main rolling shaft, the other end of the flexible solar wing is fixed to the upper plate through a pressing piece, and the main rolling shaft is fixed to the base plate through a supporting arm. The guide assemblies are installed on the base plate and the upper plate respectively, and the connecting rod unfolding assembly is installed between the guide assemblies of the base plate and the upper plate. The connecting rod unfolding assembly comprises long connecting rods, short connecting rods and rotating shaft frames. The guide assembly comprises a guide rail base, a guide rod, a guide sliding block, a guide rail positioning base, a locking elastic piece and an unfolding spring. According to the mechanism, the flexible solar wing can be folded and unfolded in a curled mode, the overall structure is compact, the size is small, and the stretching mechanism can achieve large-stretching-ratio unfolding.
本发明公开一种柔性太阳帆板的展开锁定机构,实现柔性太阳翼展开展开及到位锁定。柔性太阳帆板的展开锁定机构包括基板、上板、主滚轴、支撑侧柱、导向组件、连杆展开组件;柔性太阳翼卷曲缠绕在主滚轴上,柔性太阳翼一端与主滚轴固定连接,另一端通过压紧片固定在上板上,主滚轴通过支臂固定在基板上。导向组件分别安装在基板与上板上,基板与上板的导向组件之间安装连杆展开组件;连杆展开组件包括长连杆、短连杆、转轴架;导向组件包括导轨座、导向杆、导向滑块、导轨定位座、锁紧弹片、展开弹簧。本发明的机构可实现柔性太阳翼卷曲收藏及展开,整体结构紧凑,尺寸小,伸展机构可实现大伸展比展开。
