The invention relates to a satellite solar wing unfolding and locking mechanism, and belongs to the technical field of aircrafts. The mechanism comprises storage frames arranged on the two opposite sides of a satellite body, a connecting frame and a plurality of solar wing plates, the two ends of the connecting frame are hinged to the side face of the satellite body and the ends, close to one side of the satellite body, of the solar wing plates respectively, and every two adjacent solar wing plates are hinged to each other; unfolding assemblies used for applying rotating thrust to the connecting frames and the solar wing plates are arranged between the connecting frames and the satellite body, between the connecting frames and the solar wing plates and between the adjacent solar wing plates, and limiting assemblies used for limiting the solar wing plates away from the satellite body so that the multiple solar wing plates can be stacked in sequence are arranged on the storage frame. According to the invention, the plurality of solar wing plates are stacked and abutted against the side surface of the satellite body, so that the situation that the solar wing plates are damaged is reduced; and the unfolding assemblies apply rotating thrust to the connecting frames and the solar wing plates, so that the multiple solar wing plates can be conveniently unfolded on the two sides of the satellite body, and the flight safety of the satellite is improved.
