The invention provides an on-orbit foldable solar wing unfolding and locking mechanism which comprises a folding female hinge, an unfolding female hinge, an unfolding male hinge, a folding mechanism and an unfolding mechanism, the folding female hinge is fixedly arranged on a first battery panel, the unfolding male hinge is fixedly arranged on a second battery panel, the folding female hinge and the unfolding female hinge are connected through the folding mechanism, and the unfolding female hinge is connected with the folding mechanism through the unfolding mechanism. The unfolding male hinge and the unfolding female hinge are connected through the unfolding mechanism, the unfolding mechanism is configured to be capable of locking and self-rotating, and the folding mechanism is configured to be capable of self-rotating. The folding action of the unfolding and locking mechanism can be completed, and on-orbit folding of the solar wing is achieved.
