If yes, torque compensation adjustment control is carried out; and whether the displacement change rate corresponding to the sampling signal meets the torque balancing condition or not is judged, and torque oscillation suppression adjustment control is conducted so that the elevator can stably enter the to-be-accelerated stage. According to the technical method disclosed by the invention, torque compensation adjustment control and torque oscillation suppression adjustment control are respectively carried out in different stages, so that the problems of car sliding and car vibration in the starting stage of the elevator are effectively solved, and the comfort of elevator taking experience is improved.
本发明公开了电梯无称重启动控制方法、装置、电梯、设备及介质,方法包括:接收输入的呼梯信号后控制打开抱闸,接收到抱闸打开信号则获取编码器实时采集的采样信号,根据采样信号计算位移量并判断是否满足位移判断条件,若满足则进行转矩补偿调节控制;判断采样信号对应的位移变化率是否满足平衡转矩条件,进行转矩震荡抑制调节控制以使电梯平稳进入待加速阶段。本发明中所公开的技术方法,通过在不同阶段分别进行转矩补偿调节控制及转矩震荡抑制调节控制,有效解决了电梯启动阶段出现溜车及轿厢震动的问题,提高了乘梯体验的舒适性。
