The invention provides an elevator weighing compensation method and device and an elevator, and relates to the technical field of lifting equipment.The method comprises the steps that current car load information is obtained from a load weighing device; the weighing compensation weighting coefficient is calculated according to the steel wire rope parameters and the compensation chain parameters, the steel wire rope parameters comprise the number of steel wire ropes and the unit weight of the steel wire ropes, and the compensation chain parameters comprise the number of compensation chains, the unit weight of the compensation chains and the elevator traction ratio; acquiring the position variation of the elevator car; the weighing compensation amount is calculated according to the weighing compensation weighting coefficient and the lift car position variable quantity; calculating the actual load variation of the elevator car according to the simulated weighing amount and the weighing compensation amount; and comparing the actual variable quantity with the rated load capacity, and generating an overload alarm signal when the actual variable quantity exceeds the rated load capacity. The device comprises a load weighing device, a position detection device and a weighing compensation calculation unit. By calculating the influence of the weight change of the compensation steel wire rope and the compensation chain in real time, the weighing precision is improved.

    本发明提供了一种电梯称重补偿方法、装置及电梯,涉及升降设备技术领域,方法包括:从负载称重装置获得当前轿厢负载信息;根据钢丝绳参数和补偿链参数计算称重补偿加权系数,其中钢丝绳参数包括钢丝绳根数和钢丝绳单位重量,补偿链参数包括补偿链根数、补偿链单位重量和电梯曳引比;获取电梯轿厢位置变化量;根据称重补偿加权系数和轿厢位置变化量计算称重补偿量;根据模拟称重量和称重补偿量计算电梯轿厢载荷实际变化量;将实际变化量与额定载重量进行比对,超出时生成超载报警信号。该装置包括负载称重装置、位置检测装置和称重补偿计算单元。本发明通过实时计算补偿钢丝绳和补偿链重量变化的影响,提高了称重精度。
