The invention discloses a starting control method and system of a non-weighing elevator. The method comprises the steps that feedforward force output is studied; before an elevator band-type brake isopened, preset feedforward force output is compensated for a motor, and the electromagnetic torque of the motor is increased to the feedforward electromagnetic torque corresponding to the feedforwardforce output; and after the elevator band-type brake is opened, a control loop of an adjusting system enables the electromagnetic torque of the motor and the current load torque of the elevator to bebalanced. Compared with the prior art, according to the starting control method of the non-weighing elevator, by means of self-learning of the lift weight and the weight of half of the rated load, feedforward compensation is conducted on the motor before the elevator is braked, by combining with the non-weighing sensor technology, starting comfort of a strong-drive elevator system without weighingsensors is achieved, and noise is avoided. Meanwhile, the feedforward compensation amount is obtained through self-learning, the method and the system can be flexibly applied to various kinds of strong-drive elevators, and the usability of the system and the method is improved.

    本发明揭示了一种无称重电梯的启动控制方法及系统,所述方法包括:学习前馈出力;在电梯抱闸打开前,对电机补偿预设的前馈出力,使电机的电磁转矩增大到与所述前馈出力相对应的前馈电磁转矩;在电梯抱闸打开后,调节系统的控制环路使电机的电磁转矩与电梯当前的负载转矩达到平衡。与现有技术相比,本发明无称重电梯的启动控制方法,通过自学习轿厢与一半额定载重的重量,在电梯抱闸前对电机进行前馈补偿,并复合无称重传感器技术,从而实现强驱电梯系统在无称重传感器的情况下的启动舒适感,且不会带来噪音问题。同时由于采用自学习的方式得到前馈补偿量,使得本发明可以灵活适用于各种载重的强驱类电梯,提高本发明的易用性。
