In the initial state, the sliding rod stretches out, and the electromagnet is used for controlling the sliding rod to contract when the rotating speed of the elevator host exceeds a preset speed threshold value. By the adoption of the scheme, multiple protection can be provided for operation of the elevator, and the elevator car is prevented from falling to the bottom.
