The invention discloses a three-degree-of-freedom deployable full-function vector adjusting mechanism which comprises a pressing supporting structure and a three-degree-of-freedom deployable full-function vector adjusting structure. The series three-degree-of-freedom driving structure is borne by the pressing and supporting structure; the thruster mounting plate is used for bearing the load of the vector adjusting mechanism and is driven by the series three-degree-of-freedom driving structure to move to a specified working position; the series three-degree-of-freedom driving structure comprises a first joint assembly, a second joint assembly and a third joint assembly which provide rotating driving force in the first direction, the second direction and the third direction correspondingly, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to one another. The first joint assembly, the second joint assembly and the third joint assembly provide rotation driving force in sequence, the end, away from the third joint assembly, of the first joint assembly is fixed to the pressing supporting structure, and a thruster mounting plate is fixed to the third joint assembly. Therefore, the thrust vector of the thruster in the whole life cycle is ensured to pass through the center of mass of the whole satellite, and the functions of south-north position protection, east-west position protection and dual-load backup are realized.

    本发明公开一种三自由度可展开式全功能矢量调节机构,包括:压紧支撑结构;串联三自由度驱动结构,承载于压紧支撑结构;推力器安装板,承载矢量调节机构的负载,在串联三自由度驱动结构的驱动下运动至指定工作位置;串联三自由度驱动结构包括第一关节组件、第二关节组件和第三关节组件,分别提供第一方向、第二方向和第三方向的旋转驱动力,第一方向、第二方向和第三方向相互垂直;第一关节组件、第二关节组件和第三关节组件按序提供旋转驱动力,第一关节组件的远离第三关节组件的一端固定在压紧支撑结构上,第三关节组件上固定有推力器安装板。由此保证全寿命周期内推力器的推力矢量通过整星质心,实现南北位保兼顾东西位保和双负载备份功能。
