The invention discloses a hydraulic system for a multi-degree-of-freedom accurate adjusting mechanism. The system comprises a hydraulic station, a control system and an execution system, wherein the hydraulic station is connected with the control system, and the control system is connected with the execution system. By applying the hydraulic system disclosed by the invention, flexible control andpose adjustment of the multi-degree-of-freedom precise adjustment mechanism can be achieved, and manual control and electric proportional full-automatic control can be adopted; due to the fact that aproportional electromagnetic valve set is used in the hydraulic system, accurate positioning of position adjustment can be carried out by controlling the ground flow of the hydraulic system; and full-automatic control of the mechanism can be achieved by controlling the proportional electromagnetic valve through a proportional amplifying plate.

    本发明公开了一种用于多自由度精确调整机构的液压系统,包括:液压站、控制系统和执行系统,所述液压站与所述控制系统连接,所述控制系统与所述执行系统连接。通过对本发明的应用,可使上述的多自由度精确调整机构实现灵活控制及位姿调整,且可采用手动控制以及电比例全自动控制;由于上述的液压系统使用比例电磁阀组,可通过控制液压系统地流量从而进行位置调整的精确定位;使用比例放大板控制比例电磁阀可实现机构的全自动控制。
