The invention relates to a rearview mirror adjusting method and device of a vehicle, the vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that dielectric constants of dielectric media formed between the rearview mirror, the glass outer surface of a quarter window area and each set of finger-shaped metal wires are obtained; if the dielectric constant meets the preset humidity judgment condition, a rearview mirror heating strategy of the vehicle is started, and a rearview mirror and glass of a quarter window area are heated through finger-shaped metal wires on the basis of the rearview mirror heating strategy till the dielectric constant does not meet the preset humidity judgment condition; if the dielectric constant does not meet the preset humidity judgment condition, the incident light intensity of the rearview mirror is obtained, and under the condition that the incident light intensity is larger than a preset light intensity threshold value, the color changing strategy of the rearview mirror is determined based on the incident light intensity, so that the color depth of the rearview mirror is adjusted through the color changing strategy. Therefore, the technical problems that in the related technology, the influence of extremely severe weather on the quarter window area is ignored, it is not beneficial for a user to observe the rear road condition in the vehicle driving process, and certain potential safety hazards exist are solved.
