The invention relates to a bridge machine needle-threading type parallel operation device and method, and the device comprises a first threading seat, a second threading seat, a first winch, a second winch and a parallel operation connecting rod, and the first threading seat and the second threading seat are respectively installed on the sides, close to each other, of two bridge machines; the first winch and the second winch are installed on the sides, away from each other, of the two bridge cranes correspondingly, a first steel wire rope and a second steel wire rope are installed on the first winch and the second winch correspondingly, and the first steel wire rope and the second steel wire rope can be detachably connected with the two ends of the parallel operation connecting rod correspondingly. The two ends of the parallel operation connecting rod can be fixedly connected with the first penetrating seat and the second penetrating seat correspondingly, and the problem that the safety risk of manual carrying, mounting and parallel operation is high is solved.

    一种桥机穿针式并车装置及并车方法,包括第一穿入座、第二穿入座、第一卷扬机、第二卷扬机以及并车连杆,所述第一穿入座和第二穿入座分别安装在两个桥机上相互靠近的一侧,第一卷扬机和第二卷扬机分别安装在两个桥机上相互远离的一侧,第一卷扬机和第二卷扬机上分别安装有第一钢丝绳和第二钢丝绳,第一钢丝绳和第二钢丝绳能够分别可拆卸的与并车连杆的两端连接,第一穿入座上设置有第一穿入孔,第二穿入座上设置有第二穿入孔,并车连杆的两端能够分别与第一穿入座、第二穿入座连接固定,解决了手动搬运安装并车安全风险较高的问题。
