According to the embodiment, the charging and discharging states are determined by predicting the electricity price information of the next time period, charging can be carried out when the electricity price is low and discharging can be carried out when the electricity price is high, and the current states (such as electric quantity, temperature and aging degree) of the battery are considered, so that a more reasonable charging and discharging plan can be formulated, overcharging or overdischarging of the battery is avoided, and the charging and discharging efficiency is improved. And the service life of the battery is prolonged.
