The invention relates to a compensation torque control method for a range extender of an engineering machinery vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: determining feed-forward torque according to the power required by a driver, and controlling the range extender to work with the feed-forward torque; calculating a power compensation torque according to a difference value between the actual power generation power of the range extender and the power required by the driver; determining whether other compensation torques are increased or not according to the actual working condition of the engineering machinery vehicle; if so, setting the final compensation torque as the sum of the power compensation torque and the other compensation torque; if not, setting the final compensation torque as the power compensation torque; and sending the final compensation torque to the range extender, and taking the final compensation torque and the feed-forward torque as the power generation torque of the range extender. According to the method, the generation power deviation of the range extender is effectively solved, and the effective available power of the system is ensured.

    本公开涉及一种用于工程机械车辆的增程器的补偿扭矩的控制方法,所述方法包括:根据驾驶员需求功率确定前馈扭矩,并且控制增程器以前馈扭矩工作;根据增程器的实际发电功率与驾驶员需求功率之间的差值,计算功率补偿扭矩;根据工程机械车辆的实际作业工况,确定是否增加其他补偿扭矩;如果增加,则将最终补偿扭矩设定为功率补偿扭矩和其他补偿扭矩之和;如果不增加,则将最终补偿扭矩设定为功率补偿扭矩;将最终补偿扭矩发送给增程器,以和前馈扭矩一起作为增程器的发电扭矩。本公开的方法有效解决了增程器的发电功率偏差,保证了系统有效可用功率。
