The invention provides a wing flutter suppression device based on a porous material plate and a working method thereof, the device comprises a porous material plate assembly, a movement mechanism, a slide rail base and a movable plate, the porous material plate assembly is mounted between two slide rails, and the position of the porous material plate assembly on the slide rails is controlled by the movement mechanism. When the wing flutters, the generator is triggered to move, the swing rod is controlled to enable the porous material plate assembly to slide outwards along the sliding rail, and the movable plate at the rear edge of the wing is opened to enable the porous material plate to be in contact with airflow. The contact area of the device and the airflow is increased through the pores of the porous material plate, when the device flutters greatly, the airflow can apply reverse acting force and moment to the porous material plate, and then the fluttering restraining effect is achieved. The device is small in occupied space, light in weight and wide in application range, and does not influence the work of the wings in a normal state.
本发明提供了一种基于多孔材料板的机翼颤振抑制装置及其工作方法,该装置包括多孔材料板组件、运动机构、滑轨底座和活动板,多孔材料板组件安装在两滑轨之间,由运动机构控制其在滑轨上的位置。当机翼发生颤振时,触发电机运动,控制摆杆,使多孔材料板组件沿滑轨向外滑动,并打开机翼后缘的活动板使多孔材料板接触气流。多孔材料板的孔隙增大了装置与气流的接触面积,当装置大幅颤振时,气流会给多孔材料板施加一个反向的作用力和力矩,进而起到抑制颤振的作用。该装置占用空间小,质量轻便,在正常状态下不影响机翼工作,应用范围广。
