The invention relates to a flutter suppression device. The device comprises a frame with a first base and a second base which are opposite; the balancing weight is located on the first base and comprises a magnetic part; the driving part is arranged on the first base or the second base and drives the balancing weight to move towards the second base; the limiting component is fixedly mounted at the second base; the blocking component is mounted on the first base, limits the balancing weight to move towards the second base and releases the balancing weight; and the control assembly is used for controlling the operation of the limiting part and the blocking part. When the control assembly does not work, the blocking component limits the balancing weight to move towards the second base, and when the control assembly works, the control assembly controls the blocking component to release the balancing weight, the driving component drives the balancing weight to move towards the second base, and the control assembly controls the limiting component, so that when the balancing weight moves to the second base, the limiting component can limit the balancing weight to move towards the second base. And the limiting component is used for keeping the balancing weight at the second base.
