The invention discloses an omni-directional walking AGV forklift and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electric forklifts. A first steering wheel assembly and a second steering wheel assembly are arranged at the bottom of the forklift body in a spaced mode in the first direction, a liftable pallet fork is arranged on one side of the forklift body in the first direction, and the forklift body is provided with a navigation sensor. The cargo detection device is arranged on the side, in the second direction, of the forklift main body so as to obtain first data that cargoes exist on the supporting plate; the first scanning and positioning device is arranged on the side, close to the pallet fork, of the forklift body in the first direction so as to obtain first position deviation data of the forklift body relative to the supporting plate; the control device controls the first steering wheel assembly and the second steering wheel assembly to operate according to the first data and the first position deviation data so as to adjust the supporting plate forking posture of the forklift body, and the first direction, the second direction and the vertical direction are perpendicular pairwise. The automatic carrying device is high in intelligent automation degree and carrying efficiency, and the supporting plates on the multiple stations can be sequentially, accurately and automatically fed and transferred.

    本发明公开全向行走的AGV叉车及其控制方法,涉及电动叉车技术领域;叉车主体底部具有沿第一方向间隔设置的第一舵轮总成和第二舵轮总成,叉车主体沿第一方向上一侧具有能升降的货叉,叉车主体设有导航传感器;货物检测装置设于叉车主体沿第二方向上一侧,以获取托板上存在货物的第一数据;第一扫描定位装置设于叉车主体沿第一方向上靠近货叉一侧,以获取叉车主体相对托板的第一位置偏离数据;控制装置根据第一数据和第一位置偏离数据控制第一舵轮总成和第二舵轮总成运行,以调整叉车主体的叉取托板姿态,第一、第二和上下方向两两垂直。本发明智能自动化程度和搬运效率高,能实现对多个工位上的托板依次进行准确的自动上料和转运。
