The invention relates to a supporting structure of a double-pinion type electric power steering gear, a steering gear and an automobile, the supporting structure comprises an input shaft, the input shaft is inserted into a sensor shell assembly and a rack shell, the input shaft is in rigid fit with a driving gear, the upper end and the lower end of the driving gear are respectively provided with a bearing, and when the automobile steers, the driving gear can be meshed with a rack to move. The shaft part of the middle section of the input shaft is matched with the sensor shell assembly; and the circumference of the input shaft is supported by a spring assembly with a diaphragm in the sensor shell assembly. And the sensor shell assembly is fixed with the sealing sleeve. The sensor shell assembly and the sealing sleeve are used for centralizing the sealing sleeve which tends to twist or deflect through distributed hooks, so that abnormal sound is avoided; and the positions of the input shaft and the sealing sleeve are centralized by matching with the spring with the diaphragm, so that the radial rigidity of the input shaft is supported, unsmooth steering caused by low rigidity of the input shaft after the gear is worn is avoided, torque fluctuation during steering is reduced, wear of a gear meshing part is prevented from being aggravated, and abnormal sound of the gear meshing part is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种双小齿轮式电动助力转向器的支撑结构、转向器及汽车,支撑结构包括输入轴,其插入传感器壳体总成和齿条壳体中,输入轴与驱动齿轮刚性配合,驱动齿轮的上、下两端分别设有轴承,汽车转向时,驱动齿轮能与齿条啮合运动。输入轴中段轴部与传感器壳体总成配合,输入轴圆周通过传感器壳体总成内带膜片的弹簧总成支撑。传感器壳体总成与密封套固定。传感器壳体总成和密封套通过分布的挂钩扶正扭转或者有偏斜趋势的密封套,避免异响;配合带膜片的弹簧扶正输入轴和密封套的位置,对输入轴的径向刚度给与支撑,避免齿轮磨损后,输入轴刚性低而引起转向不平顺,减小转向时的力矩波动,避免齿轮啮合部位的磨损加剧,减小齿轮啮合部位的异响。
