The rack support is clamped and fixed in the first through hole of the adjusting block, a second through hole is formed in the center of the rack support, a rack is arranged in the second through hole and meshed with a gear, and the gap between the rack and the gear is adjusted by rotating the adjusting block and adjusting the circle center position of the first through hole. Through rotation of the adjusting block, the rack support can reasonably control gaps of the rack in all directions, the meshing gaps of the gear and the rack in all aspects are adjusted, and therefore the problems of abnormal sound of steering of the gear, the rack and a steering gear and the like are solved.
本发明公开了双小齿轮电动助力转向器间隙调整结构及转向器,涉及间隙调整装置技术领域。包括转向器壳体、调整块和齿条支座,转向器壳体两端均设置有端部凹槽,调整块设置于端部凹槽内部;调整块整体为柱状结构,中央设置有一号通孔,一号通孔的圆心与调整块外圈圆的圆心为偏心设置;齿条支座卡接固定于调整块的一号通孔内,齿条支座中央设置有二号通孔,所述二号通孔内设置有齿条,齿条啮合有齿轮,通过旋转调整块,调节一号通孔的圆心位置,实现对齿条和齿轮之间间隙的调整。本发明通过调整块的旋转可以使齿条支座对于齿条各个方向的间隙均能合理控制,使齿轮齿条各方面的啮合间隙均得到调整,从而改善齿轮、齿条、转向器转向异响等问题。
