The invention relates to a high-speed high-integration detection wheel structure for steel rail flaw detection and a steel rail flaw detection device.The detection wheel structure comprises a detection wheel part, the detection wheel part comprises a 0-degree probe arranged in the axial middle position of the detection wheel part, three 70-degree straight probes arranged side by side are arranged on one side of the 0-degree probe, and a 37.5-degree probe and a 70-degree deflection probe are arranged on the other side of the 0-degree probe; a 70-degree deflection probe deflects towards the interior of the rail head by a set angle, and the 70-degree deflection probe detects a rail head area of the steel rail through primary waves and secondary waves; ultrasonic waves of the 0-degree probe, the 70-degree normal probe, the 37.5-degree probe and the 70-degree deflection probe do not interfere with each other or interfere with each other in the wheel. Six probes are integrally arranged in one detection wheel structure, flaw detection can be carried out on internal flaws of a steel rail at the speed of 80 km/h and the ultrasonic repetition frequency of 4000 HZ, two detection wheels on one side replace three detection wheels for detection, and the integration degree of the detection wheels and the system is effectively improved.

    本发明为一种钢轨探伤用高速高集成探轮结构及钢轨探伤装置,该探轮结构包括探轮部,探轮部包括设置于探轮部轴向中间位置的0度探头,0度探头的一侧设有3个并排设置的70度直探头,0度探头的另一侧设有1个37.5度探头和1个偏斜70度探头,偏斜70度探头向轨头内部偏斜设定角度,偏斜70度探头通过一次波和二次波对钢轨轨头区域进行检测;0度探头、各70度直探头、37.5度探头和偏斜70度探头的超声波在轮内互不干涉和串扰。本发明的一个探轮结构内集成设置6个探头,能够在80千米/小时的速度下以4000HZ的超声波重复频率,对钢轨内部伤损进行探伤,实现单侧两个探轮替代三个探轮检测,有效提高探轮及系统的集成度。
