The invention discloses a steel rail high-speed flaw detection method and device, and the method comprises the steps that an emission coding unit sends a flaw detection scanning instruction to a detection wheel wafer excitation system, and the instruction comprises the preset excitation frequency corresponding to the current scanning, the time code of each excitation pulse and the excitation time interval of the current scanning; the time code of each excitation pulse is transmitted to an echo analysis unit; the excitation time interval of each scanning is different; the excitation system excites an ultrasonic wafer according to the instruction, scans the steel rail to be detected, and sends echoes obtained through current scanning and time characteristics to an echo analysis unit; and the analysis unit obtains a steel rail flaw detection abnormity detection result when each two echo peak values exceed a steel rail flaw threshold value and the time interval of the two echo peak values is consistent with the interval of current scanning. According to the invention, the misjudgment on the damage caused by phantom waves or interference can be avoided, the false alarm is reduced, and the high-speed flaw detection of the steel rail can be efficiently and accurately carried out.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨高速探伤检测方法及装置,其中该方法包括:发射编码单元向探轮晶片激励系统发送探伤扫查指令,该指令包括预设的当前次扫查对应的激励次数,每次激励脉冲的时间编码及当前次扫查的激励时间间隔;将每次激励脉冲的时间编码传递给回波解析单元;每次扫查的激励时间间隔不同;激励系统根据该指令进行超声波晶片的激励,扫查待检测钢轨,将当前次扫查得到的回波及时间特征发送至回波解析单元;解析单元在每两个回波峰值均超过钢轨伤损阈值,且两个回波峰值的时间间隔与当前次扫查的间隔一致时,得到钢轨探伤异常检测结果。本发明可以避免由于幻象波或干扰导致的对伤损的误判,降低误报,实现高效准确地进行钢轨高速探伤检测。
