The invention discloses an underwater robot for detecting and repairing cracks of marine buildings and a using method of the underwater robot. The crack detection robot comprises a pressure-resistant cabin, a main body frame, and a propelling system, a control system, a communication system and a detection operation system which are arranged on the main body frame. Wherein the detection operation system comprises a flaw detection camera, a repairing mechanical claw, a high-pressure flushing pump and a negative-pressure pump. After the ground station upper computer remotely controls the underwater robot to arrive at an operation point through a cable, the high-pressure flushing pump is controlled to clean sludge or other attachments on the surface of a marine building, sewage is sucked away through the negative pressure pump, the influence on the visibility of a water body is avoided, and conditions are provided for crack capture. Through the synergistic effect of the flaw detection camera and the control system, the building crack is detected and positioned, the repairing material is pumped out by the repairing mechanical claw, and the efficient repairing of the marine building is realized.
本发明公开了一种用于海洋建筑物裂缝检测与修补的水下机器人及其使用方法。裂缝检测机器人包括:耐压舱体、主体框架以及主体框架上的推进系统、控制系统、通信系统、检测作业系统。其中,检测作业系统包括探伤摄像头、修补机械爪、高压冲洗泵及负压泵。地面站上位机通过线缆遥控水下机器人到达作业点后,控制高压冲洗泵对海洋建筑物表面的淤泥或其他附着物进行清理,并由负压泵吸走污水,避免影响水体能见度,为裂缝捕捉提供条件。通过探伤摄像头与控制系统的协同作用,检测并定位建筑物裂缝,由修补机械爪泵出修补材料,实现对海洋建筑物的高效修补。
