The invention discloses a layering structure of a thick-wall mesh-shaped multi-cavity pultrusion beam of a vehicle body and a layering implementation method, and relates to the technical field of rail transit. The layering structure comprises a first cavity area, a second cavity area, a third cavity area and an outer skin area which are all laid by adopting multi-axis fabric; the second cavity area is located between the first cavity area and the third cavity area, and the second cavity area, the first cavity area and the third cavity area are jointly wrapped by the outer skin area to form a rectangular structure shaped like a Chinese character'mu '. According to the layering structure of the thick-wall mesh-shaped multi-cavity pultrusion beam of the vehicle body, the quasi-isotropic mechanical property of the thick-wall mesh-shaped multi-cavity pultrusion beam of the vehicle body is achieved by using the multi-axis fabric layering, meanwhile, the layering structure adapts to the pultrusion process, the structural design is optimized, and the overall rigidity and strength are improved.
