The method comprises the steps that S1, finite element modeling is conducted on the aircraft structural part subjected to electron beam fuse deposition forming, and the aircraft structural part is divided into a plurality of different areas; s2, for the aircraft structural part in each area, determining that the non-main stress direction is the electron beam fuse deposition forming height ST direction of the aircraft structural part in the area; and S3, in the ST direction, the aircraft structural part is formed by laying a plurality of deposition layers, in the deposition layers, the direction perpendicular to the L direction of the forming path is the T direction, the laying layers with the T direction consistent with the main stress direction of the aircraft structural part serve as first-class laying layers, the laying layers with the T direction forming a set angle with the main stress direction of the aircraft structural part serve as second-class laying layers, and the laying layers with the T direction forming a set angle with the main stress direction of the aircraft structural part serve as third-class laying layers. And the first-class laying layers and the second-class laying layers are arranged in a staggered mode to form the aircraft structural part. The structural weight is reduced, and part deformation can be effectively restrained.
