The invention discloses a staggered layered control method for a van vehicle. The problems that an existing van vehicle layering technology assembly is single in function, low in utilization efficiency and high in production cost are solved. The method comprises the following steps: S1, scanning to obtain cargo information of the size, the transportation destination and the transportation requirement of a to-be-transported cargo; s2, planning the specific position of the goods in the compartment according to the goods information, and selecting a goods placement combination with different front-stage layering height and rear-stage layering height; s3, verifying the feasibility of cargo loading and unloading at the planned position in the carriage and the safety of the cargo in the transportation process according to threshold comparison; and S4, executing the position planning of the goods. The layering assemblies of the van vehicle are controlled, the layering assembly at the front stage can layer the compartment and can block goods at the rear stage at the same time, the utilization efficiency of the assemblies is improved, arrangement of anti-displacement assemblies is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种厢式车错落分层控制方法。为了克服现有的厢式车分层技术组件功能单一,利用效率低,生产成本高的问题;本发明包括以下步骤:S1:扫描获取待运输货物的尺寸、运输目的地和运输要求的货物信息;S2:根据货物信息规划货物在车厢中的具体位置,选择选择前级分层高度与后级分层高度不同的货物放置组合;S3:根据阈值比较,验证货物在车厢中规划位置在装卸货物的可行性与运输过程的安全性;S4:执行对货物的位置规划。控制厢式车的分层组件,前级的分层组件即能能够是车厢分层,又能够同时为后级的挡货,提高组件利用效率,减少防位移组件的设置,减少生产成本。
