The invention provides a plate spring structure, a suspension system and a vehicle. The plate spring structure comprises a spherical pin assembly which comprises a spherical pin body and a center locking piece, and the center locking piece is arranged on the spherical pin body in a penetrating mode; the number of the plate spring assemblies is two, each plate spring assembly comprises an upper plate spring, a lower plate spring and an inner connector, the upper plate springs are arranged on the upper sides of the lower plate springs, one ends of the upper plate springs are used for being connected with an auxiliary frame of the vehicle, the other ends of the upper plate springs are connected with the inner connectors, and the ends, away from the inner connectors, of the upper plate springs tilt upwards. One end of the lower plate spring is used for being connected with a steering knuckle of the vehicle, the other end of the lower plate spring is connected with the inner connector, the inner connector is used for being connected with an auxiliary frame of the vehicle, the inner connector of one plate spring assembly is rotationally connected with the spherical pin body, and the inner connector of the other plate spring assembly is connected with the center locking piece. According to the invention, a spiral spring and a stabilizer bar in a traditional vehicle can be replaced, enough arrangement space is provided for a battery and a trunk, and the requirement of light weight can be met.
本发明提出了一种板簧结构、悬架系统及车辆。其中,板簧结构包括:球面销总成,包括球面销主体和中心锁定件,中心锁定件穿设于球面销主体;板簧总成,板簧总成设有两个,两个板簧总成分别包括上板簧、下板簧和内接头,上板簧设于下板簧的上侧,上板簧的一端用于连接车辆的副车架,另一端与内接头连接,上板簧远离内接头的一端向上翘起设置,下板簧的一端用于连接车辆的转向节,另一端与内接头连接,内接头用于连接车辆的副车架,其中一个板簧总成的内接头与球面销主体转动连接,另一个板簧总成的内接头与中心锁定件连接。本发明能够代替传统车辆中的螺旋弹簧和稳定杆,为电池和后备箱提供了足够的布置空间,还能够满足轻量化的要求。
